About the Role
As a Customer Success Associate, you will work collaboratively across teams to address client needs, resolve concerns, and provide outstanding service. Success in this role can lead to leadership opportunities, empowering you to advance your career within Del-Tex Elite.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, organize, and document client interactions to ensure seamless communication across all departments.
- Engage consistently with existing customers and potential leads to enhance satisfaction and achieve membership goals.
- Research and resolve client concerns using team insights and proven strategies.
- Participate in training sessions and seminars to refine skills and stay informed about industry best practices.
- Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty and satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed goals, demonstrating a customer-first mindset.
- Availability for full-time work and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
