Descripción
La posición de Representante de Ventas al Cliente se comunica con los clientes a través de teléfono, chat en vivo y correo electrónico para ayudar con la orden de productos, resolver conflictos con discrepancias de pedidos y problemas de envío, y resolver problemas en general con un enfoque específico en la retención y satisfacción del cliente.
Responsabilidades- Comunicar con los clientes mediante teléfono, chat en vivo y correo electrónico.
- Ayudar con la orden de productos y resolver discrepancias en los pedidos.
- Resolver problemas de envío y otros problemas relacionados.
- Alcanzar los objetivos de métricas del centro de llamadas y de satisfacción del cliente.
- Promover una cultura enfocada en un servicio al cliente de clase mundial construyendo confianza con los clientes.
- Ser bilingüe en inglés y francés.
