Customer Service Representative

Transdev in Orlando, FL is hiring a Customer Service Representative who will act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

• Competitive compensation package, starting wage of $18.00
• Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
• Sick days: 5 days
• Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely, accurate information, or redirect to a supervisor.
• Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details, including transportation type, pick-up times, appointment times, and addresses.
• Other duties as required.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a standard telephone system.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical, if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
