Customer Service Representative

Transdev is seeking a friendly, customer‑service oriented individual who will act as a liaison for customers, providers, and clients. The role is dedicated to ensuring safety and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately, or redirect to a supervisor when appropriate.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
- Document trip authorizations and details, including transportation type, pick‑up times, appointment times, and addresses.
- Perform other duties as required.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate a standard telephone system.
- Must be able to work shifts or a flexible work schedule as needed.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical assessment, if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Competitive compensation package, starting wage of $18.00.
- Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks.
- Sick days: 5 days.
- Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating.
- Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, and voluntary long‑term disability.
