Community Associate
7380 W. Sand Lake Road, Suite 500, 32819 Orlando, Florida, United States of America
As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.
A typical day begins with you arriving a few minutes before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and that the cleaners have done a thorough job. Throughout the morning, customers arrive asking for Wi‑Fi code changes, package updates, directions to meeting rooms, help setting up equipment, and inquiries about invoices, all of which you handle promptly and accurately. You also manage mail, send status emails, help with printing, and open tickets in our service portal for technical issues.
During the early afternoon, you collaborate with the Community Manager to plan networking events, send e‑invitations, and prepare notices. You encourage prospective members to join and manage community engagement. At the end of the day you ensure meetings wrap up, recommend nearby restaurants, and tidy the center before leaving.
