Guest Relations Coordinator; MVC Team

Job Summary

As a Coordinator Customer Relations, you will assist in providing and coordinating experiences and events for owners and guests to create memorable vacation moments.

• Must be available for the 11:00am–7:00pm shift.
• Communicate with preview tour customers via telephone prior to arrival and tour date.
• Offer Concierge‑style services to guests on promotional vacation packages.
• Provide detailed information about property amenities.
• Engage customers in conversation about their stay, property services, and local attractions.
• Identify special customer needs and arrange to fulfill them upon arrival.
• Address customer service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
• Welcome and greet guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Communicate with guests by phone and/or in person with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

• Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and a 11:00am–7:00pm shift.
• Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees; perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 10lb without assistance.
• Background and drug screening may be required upon hire, in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
