We are currently seeking a Commercial Account Specialist
to support our Florida Area . The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to multi-task successfully.

• Handleinboundcallsbyaskingprobingquestionstouncoversalesandserviceopportunities
• Making outbound calls as the primary point of contact for Commercial Accounts Receivable
• Evaluatesalesmethodsandcompanyprogramstomeetcurrentcustomerneedsanddeveloppotential business leads
• Partnering with Service Schedulers to ensure tank sets are scheduled properly
• Addresscommercialcustomerissuesandrespondtoallinquiriesincluding,butnotlimitedto,pricing,billing,products, grievances and new account set-up
• Handleeachcallwithahighlevelofprofessionalism,warmthandeagerness
• Holdathoroughunderstandingofpoliciesandproceduresrelatedtosafety,productdeliveryandservice
• Providetimelyandaccurateinformationoncustomerorderstatus
• Building relationships with Accounts Payable to assist with the collection of customer payments
• EnterandupdatecustomeraccountinformationinCARGASandpayment / customer portal programs
• Manage billing process for Transport business and Bid Accounts
• Assisting with Customer Service Representative duties as needed
• Occasional travel of 5-10% to learn different commercial account processes

Education and Experience:

• 3+yearsof

  Service experience(Callcenterexperiencepreferred)
• Salesexperiencestronglypreferred;abilitytoupsellproductsinhighlycompetitiveenvironmentamust
• PreviousexperiencewithCARGASandpayment / customer portal programsrequired
• Workingknowledgeof Minnesota and Heartlandcommercial accounts
• Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillswithanemphasisondevelopingapositiverapportwith customers
• Excellentcomputerskillsincluding Microsoftofficeanddataentryskills
• Abilitytoorganize,multi-taskandprioritizeassignmentsinafast-paced environment
• Highlevelofownershipandaccountabilityforresolvingcustomerproblemsinaprofessionaland enthusiastic manner
