Job description

Plan, organize, and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly service and maintenance schedules; assign and dispatch work orders to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians, responding to service requests via phone, email, and internal teams while coordinating expectations.

Match technician skill sets, geographic coverage, and availability to service needs using real-time dispatch boards and GPS tracking systems.

Track technician status and job progress, process completed work orders, and follow up on incomplete or pending parts-related work.

Coordinate parts and materials ordering, ensure readiness prior to dispatch, enter service documentation, handle overflow service calls, and perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

Must have previous dispatch customer service
Must have strong communication skills and attention to detail
Must have the ability provide exceptional service and also be stern as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Background check required
Drug screening required
