Provide excellent customer service in all interactions, refer customers to appropriate partners for consultative conversations, and maintain risk awareness by following policies and procedures. Ensure actions drive a positive customer experience while identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting all types of risks.

• Deepen relationships and treat customers with genuine care by listening, asking questions, and guiding them to solutions.
• Provide follow‑up on customer questions and solve issues.
• Respond promptly to correspondence, keeping lines of communication open and clear.
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer business.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related policies, maintaining ethical behavior.

• Perform daily office responsibilities with the platform team to maintain efficient operation.
• Maintain a balancing record in line with policy, correct outages, and seek help as needed.
• Stay updated on bank policies and financial center procedures.
• Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, escalating complex issues to the Lead Customer Service Representative or other leadership as necessary.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, obeying established guidelines and procedures.

• Identify customer needs during interactions and refer customers to bankers and business partners for consultative conversations.
• Build and maintain knowledge of retail products and services offered.
• Use appropriate tools for tracking referrals sent to personal bankers and business partners.

Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Extensive cash handling experience.
• Experience working with the public and adherence to dress code guidelines.
• Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
• Knowledge of retail policies and procedures for performing essential duties.
• Initiative and sound judgment in decision‑making and problem resolution.
• Demonstrate the company’s core values, teamwork, accountability, respect, inclusiveness, and integrity.
• Flexibility in scheduling.

• Normal office environment with extensive computer screen viewing.
