Customer Service​/Cashier Clerk

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and Bilingual/Spanish Customer Service/Cashier Clerk for a long‑term contract opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role supports a public sector collections environment within a traffic division, assisting customers with payments, account transactions, reporting, and data entry. This is a great opportunity for candidates with cashiering, bank teller, retail customer service, or financial transaction experience who enjoy working in a structured, customer‑focused setting.

The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, professional, comfortable handling money, and able to provide excellent service in both English and Spanish. This position offers stability, consistent hours, and the opportunity to contribute to a team that supports important public service operations.

• Accept and process customer payments using cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
• Provide professional customer service while assisting with payment‑related questions and transactions.
• Accurately enter payment and customer information into Excel and other internal software systems.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain organized transaction records.
• Handle cash securely and follow established balancing, documentation, and compliance procedures.
• Support daily operations within the traffic division and collections process.

• Pay Rate: $18 per hour.
