Customer Experience Advocate
We're looking for a Customer Experience Advocate to join our inbound call team. In this role, you'll support patients and healthcare providers by answering questions, solving issues, and delivering a great customer experience.
What you'll do:
- Answer inbound calls and aim to resolve issues on the first call
- Support patients and healthcare providers with information and requests
- Help with benefit verification, savings programs, and order/shipment setup
- Respond to questions about products and services
- Handle complaints and provide solutions
- Document all interactions accurately in the system
- Work with team members to improve the customer experience
- Meet performance goals (call time, customer satisfaction, etc.)
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using multiple systems at once
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work shifts between 8 AM – 8 PM EST
Nice to have:
- Experience following or reading from a phone script
