Flight Operations Specialist

Schedule:
5 days No Weekends - Two Shifts 9am-5pm & 12pm-8pm
We're seeking a detail-driven Flight Operations Specialist to manage all flight-related activities, from bookings to post-sales support, while ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll handle GDS/NDC bookings, optimize routes and fares, coordinate with airlines and consolidators, and support concierge and group travel operations. Key responsibilities include managing flight inquiries efficiently, meeting KPI targets, booking, confirming, and issuing tickets via GDS & NDC, handling post-booking tasks, schedule changes, and reconciliations, advising on airlines/routes to maximize profitability and satisfaction, supporting concierge delivery with tailored flight and upsell options, identifying and managing group travel opportunities, and liaising with airlines, consolidators, and global flights teams.
Requirements:
Trained in Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre Commercial airline/travel experience Strong organizational skills and adaptability Retail travel agent experience preferred
