Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Review Work Orders against supporting documentation, contract and relevant schedules
  • Obtain customer approval of draft bill (where applicable)
  • Enter billing information into relevant billing system
  • Review draft invoices and generate final invoice
  • Send invoices to customer
  • Process recurring tenant invoices
  • Generate any monthly consolidated customer statements required (or any other specific customer requests)
  • Conduct data and process analysis
  • Promote and provide exceptional customer service

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed such as evenings and/or weekends depending on business need.

Education and/or Experience :

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Minimum 1–2 years of billing experience required; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience required
