Customer Service Representative

Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based upon experience.

As a customer service representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal or external customers. You will handle incoming calls, identify problems, and provide solutions. You may assist in scheduling service, collecting payments, or updating customer files to ensure a positive experience. You will also connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.

You will work in a team atmosphere to help meet the service center’s goals. Strong computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering an excellent experience are essential for success.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Present a professional appearance
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed
