Position PurposeResponsible for assisting all customers with order entries and inquiries regarding the company. Keep customers satisfied and happy, solve problems, interact professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers, ensure questions answered accurately and timely, act as team member within the department, perform any duty assigned to serve the company.
Responsibilities- Input customer orders.
- Input customer credits.
- Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with orders and problems. Contact vendors and request samples for customers.
- Provide informative and professional assistance when working with public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
- Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and mail daily, writing sample requests, and special orders when necessary.
- Attend training and customer service meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- At least 12 months of customer service, call center, or related area experience.
