Customer Experience Specialist (CSI)
City KIA – Orlando, FL is growing, and we are looking for energetic, customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Experience Team.
If you have experience in hospitality, guest services, hotels, theme parks, retail, call centers, or customer service — we want to meet you. Former Disney, Universal, Sea World, and hotel industry employees are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
- Assist with CSI surveys and customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and communication
- Work closely with sales and service teams
- Create a positive VIP customer experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, organized, and team-oriented
- Bilingual is a plus
