Lotus Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a customer service liaison to provide quality service to our residents!
Shift: 3pm-9pm
Resident Experience & HospitalityFirst Point of Contact: Greet residents, families, and guests warmly, providing a supportive and comforting presence upon arrival.
Personal Assistance: Fulfill daily requests such as arranging transportation, scheduling appointments, organizing meal deliveries, and booking outings.
Concierge Rounds: Check in regularly with residents to ensure their needs are met, identifying any areas for improvement in their daily experience.
Tour Management: Assist with or lead facility tours for prospective residents and their families, providing an overview of community information.
Concern Resolution: Act as a central point of contact for family feedback, addressing concerns promptly or escalating them to the appropriate department head.
Front Desk Operations: Manage phone inquiries, distribute mail and packages, and maintain visitor logs.
Care Coordination: Bridge the gap between residents and care, dining, or maintenance staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Admissions Assistance: (Depending on the facility) Coordinate the internal admissions process, secure necessary signatures, and educate families on facility guidelines.
