Service BDC Representative
At Carl Black Automotive, we acquire thousands of leads per month to be processed. Our Business Development specialist requires a keen sense of urgency to customer requests or inquiries funneling through to our dealership. Candidates must be able to multi-task several requests with immediate response. This is a Full-Time position that provides our benefits package with flexible schedule of 40 hours per week.
The Service BDC Specialist position has a paid weekly base salary + monthly commission earnings averaging $3,200 per month based on performance.
Shifts Available:
Monday through Saturday.
- Opening Shift: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. (1-hour break)
- Mid Shift: 8:00am/ 8:30 am - 5:00 pm/ 5:30 pm. (1-hour break)
- Closing Shift: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. (1-hour break)
- Closed on Sundays
Job Duties:
- Handling service inquiries via phone/internet and set up appointments.
- Work closely with service associates following through on all internet leads and phone calls on a daily basis.
- Commission consists of appointments shown, with bonuses paid for volume, averages, and consistency.
- Team Environment - we all work together to provide the best customer experience.
- Accountability - We track your metrics daily to ensure we are maximizing your opportunity, as well as providing the best experience for our clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent PC skills with Microsoft office products and able to multitask.
- Must be able to effectively complete tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization with great attention to detail.
- Self-Motivated.
- Pleasant phone voice with great people skills.
- Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have an energetic phone personality and able to handle concerned customers.
- Must be able to work full-time hours, and some Saturdays.
