Service Advisor

We are looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our growing company. Here, you'll find the opportunities, resources, and support you need to grow and develop professionally. The individual in this role is responsible for greeting customers as they come in for service, performing a walk-around with the customer before and after service, writing repair orders, and collecting payment.

Service Advisor Duties And Responsibilities

  • Proactively greeting and assisting all customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Perform a vehicle walk-around with the customer before and after service, taking pictures every time
  • Gather customer information and reason for visit
  • Write up repair order and obtain customer e-signatures
  • Provide customer with accurate quotes
  • Communicate with technicians on vehicle repair
  • Maintain open communication with customer on other recommended repairs and vehicle status
  • Finalize, close, and cash out repair orders in a timely manner

Service Advisor Requirements And Qualifications

  • General high school diploma or equivalent
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Positive appearance
  • Able to deliver a fantastic customer experience
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Pass drug screening, background check and MVR check
  • Dealership experience is a plus
  • This position requires mid-level physical activity (standing/walking continuously)
  • Able to lift 25-lbs unassisted

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Three days a week, Twelve working hours a day.

Time: 7:00 a.m.

- 8:00 p.m.
