Reservation Clerk – Orlando, Florida What You’ll Do Customer & Sales Support

• Engage warm leads from RV dealer partners across the U.S. and Canada
• Guide customers through account setup, membership activation, and renewals
• Answer inbound calls related to reservations, memberships, and general inquiries
• Upsell add‑on camping products and refer upgrade opportunities

• Collect, enter, and manage leads in the RVD Portal and CRM systems
• Ensure accuracy of customer records and complete all follow‑up tasks
• Maintain working knowledge of products, promotions, and policies

• Meet call handling, quality assurance, and sales performance metrics
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and follow‑through
• Collaborate with team members and support overall team goals

• Sales or customer service experience (phone sales a plus)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems (CRM experience preferred)
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
• Team‑oriented with the ability to work independently
• High level of integrity and professionalism
