  • Income (On Average): $40,000yr – $60,000yr (Base + Performance Bonus) (Paid Weekly!)
  • Schedule:

    8AM – 4:30PM or 11AM – 7:30PM | Full‑Time (At least 1 weekend shift per week)
Responsibilities
  • Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding homeowner inquiries
  • Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction proficiently and accurately
  • Qualify incoming leads while generating interest in our products and services
  • Schedule in‑home sales consultant appointments and collaborate with the team as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1yr of Sales & Marketing Experience
  • At least 1yr of Customer Service & Professional Phone Etiquette Experience
  • Prior experience within the Home Improvement or Appointment Setting Industry is a Plus
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be comfortable utilizing dual computer screens
  • Must be proficient with computers and able to type at least thirty words per minute
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
