Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist customers by phone, email, and text
- CRM system and customer database management
- Support the office team with daily administrative tasks
- Keep the office organized and professional
- 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- English fluency
- Spanish fluency is a plus
