Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to support guests and Team Members through chat, email, phone, and in person channels. You will resolve issues, document resolutions, and follow up to ensure ticket closure.
Ideal candidates have 1 year in a Helpdesk role (hospitality a plus), solid knowledge of Windows 11 and MS Office 2021/O365, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts. This position involves travel between Orlando properties.
