• Welcoming customers and making them feel at home
• Writing up repair orders and explaining services
• Keeping customers updated on their vehicles
• Working closely with our techs to get jobs done right and on time
• Building great relationships that bring people back again and again

What We're Looking For:

• Great communicator who loves working with people
• Some automotive knowledge or experience in service advising
• Organized, energetic, and able to handle a busy shop
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
