WhatYou'll DoSupport Touring Project Execution
- Partner with touring leadership and team members to maintain technical standards and support pre-tour planning and logistics.
- Help ensure projects are properly prepared for successful execution from initial planning through deployment.
- Review technical components of tour quotes to confirm equipment selections and staffing plans are aligned with project requirements.
- Assist with equipment planning by ensuring pull lists are accurate and submitted on schedule.
- Participate in venue walkthroughs and site visits to identify logistical challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address technical and operational needs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support to field technicians during setup, show execution, and breakdown activities.
- Help maintain quality standards while supporting successful event delivery.
- Communicate recurring technical challenges to engineering teams to support long-term improvements.
- Support technical team development by identifying training needs and helping facilitate knowledge sharing across crews.
- 2–4 years of experience within the AV industry.
- Experience supporting touring logistics, technical coordination, or related operational activities.
- Ability to manage details, balance competing priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of live event technology.
- Effective project management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Professional client-facing communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality execution.
- Work alongside experienced touring professionals on live productions and high-profile events.
