Customer Service/Warehouse Associate
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a qualified, full-time, permanent Customer Service/Warehouse Associate for a company located in West Orlando starting immediately!
Job Details:
- Pay Rate - $19.00/HR
- Length of Assignment
- Full-time, Permanent Position! - Schedule
- Monday
- Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Duties:
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and salespeople via telephone and/or e-mail.
- Direct calls and emails, as needed, to customer service, ensuring the purpose of inquiries is identified, as well as copying in sales consultant(s), where necessary.
- Assisting in the warehouse every once in a while with receiving, stocking, and basic warehouse work.
Job Requirements:
- Must have strong customer service experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
