• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundromat.
• Troubleshooting minor machine issues or escalating them to the appropriate team member.
• Handling customer concerns or feedback with professionalism and care.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
