Are you ready to be part of an exciting team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility?
City Kia of Greater Orlando is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.
Qualified applicants may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500!
Responsibilities- Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls.
- Respond to Internet Leads through phone calls and email.
- Effectively identify customer needs through professional questioning and active listening.
- Schedule appointments for the Service Department.
- Provide every customer with a positive and professional experience.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to maximize appointment opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated individuals.
- Previous automotive, customer service, or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CDK and XTime is a bonus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to professionally and persuasively communicate with customers to set appointments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work at a high pace in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Sign-on bonus up to $2,500 for qualified applicants
