We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide professional assistance to customers participating in company-supported programs, events, and brand initiatives. This position focuses on answering questions, providing accurate information, addressing routine customer needs, and helping create an organized and positive customer experience.

The Customer Service Specialist will become familiar with current programs, products, and services in order to communicate information clearly and provide appropriate assistance throughout customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

This position focuses on answering questions, providing accurate information, addressing routine customer needs, and helping create an organized and positive customer experience.

The Customer Service Specialist will become familiar with current programs, products, and services in order to communicate information clearly and provide appropriate assistance throughout customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and responsive assistance to customers
  • Answer questions regarding products, services, programs, and current offerings
  • Listen to customer needs and provide relevant information and guidance
  • Explain product and service information clearly and accurately
  • Assist customers in understanding available options and appropriate next steps
  • Respond to routine questions and concerns in a timely manner
  • Identify customer needs that require additional assistance and coordinate with the appropriate team member
  • Maintain a friendly and professional approach throughout customer interactions
  • Support customer service activities during scheduled events, retail programs, and brand initiatives
  • Assist with customer check-in, informational requests, and general program questions when applicable
  • Maintain familiarity with current program details and approved customer information
  • Document recurring customer questions, concerns, and feedback
  • Communicate customer observations and service issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Help maintain organized customer service and informational areas
  • Ensure customer-facing materials and resources remain available and current
  • Follow established procedures for addressing customer concerns
  • Escalate complex or unresolved matters when appropriate
  • Coordinate with event, marketing, and operations team members regarding customer needs
  • Support additional customer experience activities based on scheduled program requirements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree or coursework in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, client services, or another customer-facing environment preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and accurately
  • Comfortable assisting a variety of customers in active environments
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple customer questions and requests
  • Good judgment when determining when additional assistance is required
  • Dependable and consistent follow-through
  • Ability to remain professional when addressing customer concerns
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams
  • Basic proficiency with standard business software and customer information systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
