We are a growing fintech company looking for a motivated and reliable Collections & Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Orlando.

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating directly with customers regarding past-due accounts, helping them bring their payments current, and maintaining consistent follow-up. You will also monitor customer insurance policies and contact customers when coverage is approaching expiration or requires attention.

• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to customers with past-due accounts
• Follow up consistently to help customers bring accounts current
• Discuss payment status and available next steps with customers
• Document customer interactions and follow-up activities accurately
• Monitor customer insurance policies and upcoming expiration dates
• Contact customers regarding insurance renewals or missing information
• Provide professional and respectful customer service
• Maintain organized records and follow-up schedules
• Work toward individual and team collection goals

• Fluent Spanish is required
• English and/or Portuguese is a plus
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Persistent, professional, and confident when communicating with customers
• Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups
• Results-oriented and comfortable working toward performance goals
• Previous experience in collections, customer service, call centers, financial services, or auto finance is a plus

We are looking for someone who knows how to communicate with customers professionally while being persistent and focused on results. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable on the phone, and able to build rapport while effectively managing past-due accounts.

This is an on-site position in Orlando, FL.
