As a Full Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator

We are looking for a new team member that has solid overall front dental office knowledge, self-motivated, driven, great with multi-tasking and loves providing great customer service to our wonderful dental patients!
Full Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator Schedule- Monday 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Tuesday and Wednesday 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Thursday 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm

- Submitting insurance claims, posting insurance payments, and have solid overall front office knowledge
- Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions
- Patient check in/out
- Appointment scheduling
- Coordinating patient payments
- Answers incoming calls
- Confirm appointments
- Confirming patient information and gathering needed patient documentation
- Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
- Presenting treatment plans
- Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
- High school diploma required
- 2 or more years dental front office experience preferred
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
- Knowledge and ability to execute Insurance Verifications, Claims Management
- Confident and skilled in dental treatment case presentations
- Experienced in creating scheduling productive and efficient provider schedules
- Self starter, quick learner, reliable
- Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
