Lancaster Dental is now hiring a Full Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator in Orlando, Florida!

As a Full Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator

We are looking for a new team member that has solid overall front dental office knowledge, self-motivated, driven, great with multi-tasking and loves providing great customer service to our wonderful dental patients!

Full Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator Schedule
  • Monday 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • Tuesday and Wednesday 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Thursday 7:00am - 3:00pm
  • Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm

  • Submitting insurance claims, posting insurance payments, and have solid overall front office knowledge
  • Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions
  • Patient check in/out
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Coordinating patient payments
  • Answers incoming calls
  • Confirm appointments
  • Confirming patient information and gathering needed patient documentation
  • Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
  • Presenting treatment plans
  • Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
  • High school diploma required
  • 2 or more years dental front office experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
  • Knowledge and ability to execute Insurance Verifications, Claims Management
  • Confident and skilled in dental treatment case presentations
  • Experienced in creating scheduling productive and efficient provider schedules
  • Self starter, quick learner, reliable
  • Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
