Dental office Schedule Coordinator

• Contact incoming leads received from multiple marketing sources and educate patient on All-on-X and All-on-4 implant procedure.
• Contact VA patients to schedule them for appointments.
• Contact incoming leads received from multiple marketing resources to schedule them for a complimentary consultation.
• Ensure traveling arrangements, medical clearance, pharmacy prescriptions and finances are completed prior to surgery.
• Follow up with patients post surgery.
• Provide outstanding customer service for the patient.
• Help maintain doctors  schedule and patient flow; create no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, ready to work at all assigned shift times.
• Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment as well as transcribe doctor notes in patient chart.

• Previous dental experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent typing, charting, and using the computer required.
• Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor.
• Applicants must be dependable and on time to work every day.
• Willing to go the extra mile to help patients and fellow colleagues.
• Experience using Open Dental is a plus.
• Education & Experience:
  
  High school or equivalent (Required);
  Dental office experience 2 years (Required).
