Dental Assistant / New Patient Ambassador???? OC Smiles | Orlando, FL???? Full-Time | Monday through Thursday???? $18 to $26 per hour based on experience

At OC Smiles, we are more than a dental office. We are a relationship-driven, technology-forward practice focused on creating WOW experiences for our patients while changing smiles and lives through modern dentistry and Invisalign.

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and patient-focused Dental Assistant / New Patient Ambassador to join our growing team.

This is not a traditional assisting position. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives with technology, enjoys communication and case presentation, and wants to play a major role in helping patients say “yes” to treatment.

What You’ll DoWelcome and guide new patients through an exceptional first experience

Serve as the office’s New Patient Ambassador Build trust and create strong patient relationships

Present treatment plans and help patients move forward with care Support Invisalign workflows and patient education

Perform digital scanning with the Lumina scanner

Assist with digital dentistry and technology-driven workflows

Coordinate and help lead Invisalign cases within the practice

Support clinical assisting as needed

Help maintain a positive, organized, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For Dental assisting experience preferred

Invisalign experience strongly preferred

Comfortable presenting treatment and discussing finances

Tech savvy and confident learning new systems

Experience with digital scanners and workflows

Positive, professional, and confident communicator

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Strong work ethic and team mentality

Someone who naturally connects with people and makes patients feel comfortable
