Dental office Schedule Coordinator

• Previous dental experience required
• Customer Service experience required
• Excellent typing, charting, and use of the computer
• Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
• Dependable and punctual every day
• Willing to go the extra mile to help patients and colleagues
• Experience using Open Dental a plus

• Contact incoming leads from multiple marketing sources and educate patients on All‑On‑X and All‑On‑4 implant procedures
• Contact VA patients to schedule appointments
• Schedule complimentary consultations for incoming leads
• Ensure travel arrangements, medical clearance, pharmacy prescriptions and financing are completed prior to surgery
• Follow up with patients after surgery
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients
• Help maintain the doctor’s schedule and patient flow; keep wait times to a minimum; maintain time flexibility for patients
• Be present, engaged, and ready to work at all assigned shift times
• Review patient chart before the doctor’s arrival and log appropriate data during exam and treatment; transcribe doctor notes in patient chart

High school or equivalent (Required). Dental office experience: 2 years (Required).

$22 - $25 an hour
