About the Opportunity

As a Dental Assistant, you'll work alongside General Dentists to provide comprehensive dental care for our Veteran population. You'll support a wide variety of procedures while ensuring patient comfort, maintaining the highest infection prevention standards, and helping deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Schedule:
  • Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed (no more than 40 hours per week)
  • Travel between sites may be required:
    Lake Nona (Orlando VA Medical Center), Viera VA Clinic, Daytona Beach VA Clinic, Lake Baldwin VA Clinic
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a CODA-accredited Dental Assistant program
  • Minimum 1 year of Dental Assistant experience
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to successfully complete the AMI credentialing process
