About This OpportunityJR Enterprise is proud to partner with the Department of Veterans Affairs to recruit Dentists for the Orlando VA Medical Center and affiliated outpatient clinics. This opportunity allows you to provide essential oral healthcare to our nation’s Veterans in a structured, team-based environment. Dentists will enjoy a predictable weekday schedule, competitive compensation, and the stability of a long-term federal contract.

With support from experienced dental assistants and hygienists, you’ll focus on preventive and restorative dentistry, helping Veterans maintain their oral health and overall well-being. Occasional travel to satellite clinics ensures variety and broad impact, while maintaining work‑life balance with no nights, weekends, or call coverage.

Adult and Geriatric Veterans - Care Model:
Preventive and restorative dental services - Clinical Environment Includes:
Outpatient dental clinics, preventive care, restorative procedures, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and patient education
- Perform comprehensive oral examinations and develop treatment plans
- Provide preventive care (cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants)
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions (caries, periodontal disease, oral infections)
- Conduct restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges)
- Perform extractions and minor oral surgeries
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive practices
- Document care in VA electronic health record (EHR)
- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists for efficient patient flow
- Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and compliance standards
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted U.S. Dental License (any state accepted)
- Minimum 2 consecutive years post-graduate experience (including residency or direct care)
- Current DEA Certificate
- Current BLS certification
- Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Must not be listed on the HHS OIG Exclusion List
