HIP is seeking a Practice Growth Advisor who brings hands-on orthodontic/dental practice ops experience to expand patient starts and treatment adoption. You won't be a traditional marketer; you'll read practices, coach teams, and translate data into actionable growth plans.
You'll partner with 35–40 orthodontic and dental practices, run weekly strategy calls, review KPIs, and collaborate with HIP’s Paid Media, SEO, and Web teams to align campaigns with practice goals.
