Dental Office is seeking a licensed Dental Assistant with 1+ year of experience in general dentistry to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will support the clinical team by helping ensure smooth, patient-centered visits and a well-organized treatment environment.

Duties & Responsibilities- Assist the dentist during patient examinations, procedures, and treatment planning.
- Prepare operatory rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for each appointment.
- Take and assist with dental radiographs according to office protocols.
- Provide chairside support by anticipating clinician needs and maintaining an efficient workflow.
- Support infection control by following sterilization, disinfection, and safety procedures.
- Prepare patients for treatment by explaining what to expect and answering basic questions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update patient records as directed by office procedures.
- Assist with patient scheduling coordination and day-to-day front-office/clinical support tasks as needed.
- Support treatment follow-through by helping with post-visit instructions and coordination of next steps.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment throughout the day.
- Communicate professionally with patients and team members to support a positive visit experience.
- 1 year plus experience as a Dental Assistant in general dentistry.
- Active dental assistant license in the state of Florida.
- Strong team collaboration skills and a reliable, supportive work style.
- Ability to thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Working knowledge of infection control and safety practices.
- Experience assisting with chairside procedures and routine dental workflows.
- Comfort using common dental office tools and documentation processes (software/tools used in the role may vary by office).
- Strong communication skills with patients and team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining patient comfort and clinic readiness.
