Goblin Studios is seeking a high-skill Shop Assistant to support fabrication projects in a fast-paced, detail-driven creative shop environment. This role is ideal for an experienced craftsperson or technician who can execute work independently and contribute meaningfully to production quality and efficiency.

• $20–$22 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
• 20–30 hours per week (Flexible scheduling)

• Assist with fabrication projects from prep through finish
• Execute skilled tasks with minimal supervision
• Maintain shop organization and workflow efficiency
• Prepare, finish, and refine materials to production standards
• Adjust work as directed by the Project Manager and Fabrication Leads
• Reset and maintain tools, equipment, and workstations

• Graphic production (Adobe Creative Suite, Fusion
  360, CNC file prep, 3D modeling, Design Rendering)
• Carpentry and structural fabrication
• Scenic or finish painting
• Mold making and casting
• Fiberglass and bodywork
• Detail-oriented finish work
• Additional Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship standards
• Ability to work independently and stay task-driven
• Comfortable receiving direction and implementing adjustments quickly
• Reliable transportation
• Professional work ethic
