Interior Design Professional

We’re based in Orlando and have a touchdown office in Chicago as well!

• Designing restaurants, bars, and experiential spaces from initial concept & brand development through Design Development Drawings (and Construction Drawings when we want to!)
• Building 3D models in Sketch Up to bring concepts to life, including both interior and exterior design. We find this helps convey our vision.
• Ensure designs meet applicable codes, zoning, and regulatory standards.
• Work as a part of a fast-moving, highly collaborative studio where ideas are constantly evolving.
• Manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously while having strong time management skills.
• Research and integrate materials, trends, and emerging technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited university
• 0–5+ years of experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B environments
• Bonus points if you’re working toward NCIDQ licensure or are licensed
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, and AI-based design software/tools.
• Experience producing Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
• Someone who can think conceptually and execute technically
• A designer who notices everything—materials, lighting, mood, flow, and function of a space.
• A team player who can keep up in a fast-paced, studio environment while managing multiple projects.
• Candidates must be fluent in English and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
