As an Entry Level Architectural Technician in Orlando, FL, you will help solve real‑life challenges as part of a collaborative team that provides architectural documentation and existing conditions assessments. You’ll support our major retail grocery clients by producing existing conditions plans and construction documents under the supervision of a Project Lead.

Your typical day will include:

• Travel to 3‑4 stores monthly (primarily across FL with occasional overnight travel to states in the Southeast).
• Conduct thorough field documentation of existing conditions.
• Produce building and equipment plans.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment and follow established client standards.
• Adhere to a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of two days per week in the office or client site.

• CAD Certification or Degree in Drafting & Design – Preferred
• Degree in Architecture, Construction or Related Field – Preferred
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to effectively work with internal architectural and engineering teams
• Ability to work independently when given a set of instructions
• Ability to lead a team of 1‑2 support staff – Preferred
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Based in Orlando, Florida area

Base salary range: $44,400.00 to $61,000.00; paid hourly based on hours worked. Pay is determined by location and other factors.
