- Proficiency in Revit, including family creation, placement, and annotation
- Familarity with coordinating models in server-based or BIM 360 / ACC cloud projects
- Basic understanding of linking external models and project coordinate systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Degree or AS in Drafting / Design or related field
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (xrefs, blocks, sheetsets) is helpful but not required
- Experience with Revit sheet creation, templates, and BIM attributes
- Familarity with Dynamo, Bluebeam, Dropbox, or online project management software
- Exposure to architectural, landscape, or civil documentation a plus
- Produce detailed Revit drawings for architectural layouts, mechanical systems, and site designs
- Assist with sheet creation, annotation, and general project documentation
- Maintain project templates, standards, and libraries
- Coordinate Revit models with team members and external consultants
- Learn and adhere to company design standards
- Support multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
