Senior Project Architect

TYG is partnering with a well-established architecture and engineering firm as they are looking for a Senior Architectural Designer to join its growing Orlando office. This is an opportunity for an experienced architectural professional with a strong background delivering projects across multiple sectors to join a collaborative, technically driven practice. You'll play a key leadership role, managing projects, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring high-quality design solutions and successful project execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop construction documents, manage project coordination, and uphold client and company quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, building strong relationships and resolving challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and industry regulations.
• Mentor junior team members, share technical expertise, and foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, permitting processes, and applicable building codes
