Advent Health for Children, Orlando, Florida, is looking for a fellowship‑trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our team. We seek an energetic, enthusiastic team player interested in growing our program in Central Florida.

Advent Health is the largest hospital system in Florida, operating 30 hospitals with only one children’s hospital at the center. Over 23,000 births per year are referred to our main location near downtown Orlando, providing excellent opportunities for practice growth and professional development. The children’s hospital is a full‑service tertiary facility with more than 200 pediatric beds, 30 pediatric ICU beds, a 102‑bed NICU, a dedicated pediatric cardiac ICU, and a statewide pediatric network and transport system, recognized by U.S. News & World Report and The Leapfrog Group.

The Pediatric Otolaryngology program, established in 2024, currently includes two fellowship‑trained pediatric ENT physicians and a 1:1 physician‑to‑APP support. A new state‑of‑the‑art outpatient office (11,000 sq ft) with in‑house audiology, speech pathology, pediatric dentistry, imaging, 3‑D photography, and a conference room will open in Q1 2026. The facility will support expansion of cochlear implant, microtia/atresia, head & neck, craniofacial, voice & swallowing disorders, aerodigestive disorders, and vascular anomalies.

• Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology
• Board certification or eligibility through the American Academy of Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery
• Board certification or eligibility for subspecialty certification in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology
• Strong communication skills
• Dedication to the highest quality patient care
• Interest in developing a general Pediatric Otolaryngology practice, with a subspecialty focus to be determined based on interest and experience

This is an employed opportunity through Advent Health Medical Group (AHMG). Advent Health for Children is a full‑service tertiary children’s hospital with over 200 dedicated pediatric beds, more than 30 pediatric ICU beds (including a dedicated CICU), a 102‑bed NICU, a 17‑bed pediatric emergency department, and a statewide transport system. Key programs include open heart surgery, a level IV epilepsy program, BMT and solid organ transplants, pediatric liver transplantation, and neonatal/ pediatric subspecialty services.
