Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to provide comprehensive, coordinated care to children and young adults with medical complexity in our Complex Care and Transition Clinic. The clinic offers a primary care medical home, long-term outpatient care management, multidisciplinary care, collaboration with the palliative care team, and facilitation of transitions from pediatric to adult-oriented health systems.
The patient population includes children and young adults with chronic, complex conditions involving multiple organ systems and medical technology. The clinic currently has an established patient panel and includes a Nurse Practitioner, RN Coordinator, Social Worker, and Patient Care Coordinator.

- Education:
M.D. or D.O. - Completion of an ACGME or AOA Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Pediatric Internal Medicine.
- Unrestricted Florida medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and DEA registration.
- Pediatricians comfortable with seeing patients up to 25 years old will also be considered.
- Experience managing children with medical complexity is highly desired.
- Interest in education, curriculum development, research, quality improvement, and other scholarly activities is strongly considered.
