Urology - Physician - Lake Nona, FL

Overview

Advent Health Medical Group is seeking two General Urologists to join our Urology team at our new hospital in Lake Nona, set to open in 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing healthcare system and collaborative team that will consist of three urologists with APP support. The position offers the chance to help build a dynamic urology practice from the ground up.

• Provide comprehensive general urological care to a diverse patient population
• Participate in rotating call coverage with practice colleagues at Advent Health Lake Nona
• Collaborate with hospital staff and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
• Help establish a robust urology service at a new facility

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Active FL license and DEA, or ability to obtain
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a new, team-oriented environment

Lake Nona, Florida – Advent Health’s new state-of-the-art hospital that will offer leading-edge treatments. The facility is planned to open in 2026 with initial capacity and room for expansion.
