Inlight Psychiatry & Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our rapidly growing, physician-owned outpatient mental health practice. This role is designed to provide the flexibility of telehealth while maintaining connection through one structured in-person clinic day per week at our Orlando location.
Our psychiatrists typically develop full caseloads quickly due to strong referral demand and established insurance contracts, allowing clinicians to focus on providing quality care without the burden of marketing, credentialing, or practice management.
About Inlight Psychiatry & TherapyInlight Psychiatry & Therapy is a psychiatrist-owned outpatient psychiatry and therapy group serving patients throughout Florida. Our practice emphasizes collaborative, patient-centered care in a supportive and clinician-focused environment. We provide telehealth services statewide and maintain in-person offices in Orlando and Tampa. Our integrated therapy model allows psychiatrists to refer patients to our therapists, improving continuity of care and supporting treatment outcomes.
Position OverviewThis position focuses on outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adult patients.
- Primarily telehealth role
- One in-person clinic day weekly at our Orlando office
- 1099 independent contractor structure designed to maximize autonomy and earning potential

This role is structured to allow psychiatrists to focus on outpatient medication management and longitudinal care without routine call coverage, inpatient responsibilities, or crisis stabilization duties.
Our patient population is primarily stable outpatient care with predictable follow-up visits, supported by strong internal therapy collaboration and referral resources when higher levels of care are indicated.
Compensation and Schedule- $200 per clinical hour
- Estimated annual compensation ranges from approximately $192,000 part-time to $384,000+ full-time depending on schedule

- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain
- Experience in outpatient psychiatric care preferred

This position is primarily telehealth-based with one in-person clinic day per week in Orlando, Florida.
