Integration Health is seeking a Thoracic Surgeon to perform thoracic Normothermic Regional Perfusion (NRP) and thoracic organ procurement in central Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience with thoracic transplantation, organ preservation and procurement, and NRP. Equally important are leadership and people skills to work in a group setting, be collaborative, listen and integrate feedback from others, and to manage different teams and stakeholders in the procurement process.

Integration Health provides NRP, Cardiovascular Perfusion, and ECMO Services to >70 facilities in 24 states.

Compensation
: $500,000-$800,000 depending on NRP/transplant volume

• Call is 21 days/month, which can be broken into two blocks.
• Remaining time is vacation time (16 weeks a year).
• Current volume is 5-8 NRP/Procurement cases a month, but this may increase over time.
• The response time to the facility is two hours.

• Must be ABTS Certified (or foreign equivalent) and eligible for Florida licensure.
• Must have experience with thoracic NRP, cardiovascular perfusion, organ preservation, and thoracic organ procurement.

• Integration Health covers 100% of health, vision, and dental insurance for full-time employees.
• Eligible dependents may be added to the employee’s benefits selections, with the Company covering 70% of dependents’ costs and additional costs being deducted from the employee’s semi-monthly payroll.
• IH provides a 401k plan and matches contributions of up to 3.5% of a participating employee’s salary.
• Full-time employees are covered under the IH term life, accidental death and dismemberment, and short and long-term disability plans.
• Integration Health provides professional liability insurance while engaged in duties associated with the company.
