Advent Health for Children is looking for a fellowship‑trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our team! We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic team player interested in growing our program in Central Florida.
Advent Health for Children is a full‑service, tertiary children’s hospital with over 200 dedicated pediatric beds, more than 30 pediatric ICU beds, a 102‑bed NICU, and a dedicated pediatric Cardiac ICU. The hospital has been recognized by US News and World Report as the best Children’s Hospital for newborn care in Florida and by The Leapfrog Group as a top Children’s Hospital for quality and safety.
Advent Health is the largest hospital system in Florida, with a network of 30 hospitals that refer patients for tertiary and qua ternary services to our main location near downtown Orlando.
We recently launched the Pediatric Otolaryngology program in 2024 and currently have two experienced, fellowship‑trained pediatric ENTs. A new state‑of‑the‑art outpatient office with 11,000 sq ft of space and in‑house Audiology, Speech Pathology, Pediatric Dentistry, Imaging, 3‑D photography, and a conference room is under construction and slated to open in Q1 2026. The new facilities will support expansion of Cochlear Implant, Microtia and Atresia, Head & Neck, and Craniofacial programs, and accommodate additional subspecialties such as Voice and Swallowing disorders, Aerodigestive disorders, and Vascular Anomalies.
Requirements- Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology.
- Board certification/eligibility through the American Academy of Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery.
- Board certification/eligibility for subspecialty certification in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dedication to the highest quality patient care.
- Interest in developing a general Pediatric Otolaryngology practice, with a subspecialty focus to be determined based on interest and experience.
