Breast Surgeon

Advent Health Medical Group is seeking a board-certified General Surgeon with fellowship training in Breast Surgery to join their expanding team in East Orlando. This employed position offers the opportunity to help launch and shape a growing breast surgery program within a highly collaborative, physician-led organization. The role focuses on providing comprehensive breast care to a rapidly expanding community, supported by robust infrastructure and advanced surgical technology.

Practice Info

• Employed opportunity within Advent Health Medical Group, a 900+ physician, multi-specialty organization.
• Dedicated block time in the Operating Room.
• Established Multidisciplinary Breast Cancer Clinic.
• Office conveniently located on the hospital campus.
• Opportunity to partner closely with campus and medical group leadership in shaping program development.
• Integrated Breast & Reconstruction Support with dedicated collaboration with Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.

Requirements

• Fellowship training in Breast Surgery (required).
• Board Certification in General Surgery (ABMS or AOA).
• Prior breast surgery experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Desire to thrive in a collaborative, collegial, and high-volume practice.
• Experience preferred but not required.
